All staff at this practice are outstanding. My dentist, Dr Shefali Pandit, is an extremely competent and principled professional, always advising procedures which are good for her patients. Equally, Receptionist Michelle Reid, was really helpful and treated me at all times with the utmost respect. A pleasure to visit this dental practice! 5*

I had an outstanding experience at Eastbury Dental Surgery under the care of Dr. Shefali Pandit. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and highly professional. Best dentist I've had I'm so anxious they calm me down reassure me and are so kind reception lady helped fill my details very friendly a joy to be there sent me to Blue Cross for extraction who also were fantastic I can't rate these two enough plus lady dentists are the best ..I've always had a man dentist and problems but these ladies are brilliant thank you xxxxxxx

Amazing dental practice. The whole team are incredibly friendly, caring and keen to help - receptionists, nurses and dentists alike. When I phoned regarding a recent dental worry, the receptionist was able to find me an appointment for the very next day, which I am very grateful for. Dr Kapoor is an excellent dentist, is caring and always explains treatments thoroughly. It is clear when a practice genuinely cares about its patients and this one certainly does! I cannot recommend Eastbury Dental Practice highly enough!😊

Had to wait nearly half an hour but treatment was fine. Surgery very small and not ideal but gather they are doing refurbishment. The toilet light was very poor lighting. The receptionists, dentist and dental nurse were professional and friendly.

I recently had a root canal procedure with Dr. Shefali Pandit, and it was a truly exceptional experience. Dr. Pandit's technical expertise and compassionate approach made me feel at ease throughout. She took the time to explain each step, answered all my questions, and was extremely patient and reassuring. The reception staff were also outstanding - friendly, helpful, and efficient. Friendly, respectfull , non judgemental, explained what will be needed, explained due to healing times i will be down for three treatment courses and the costs involved on the NHS. Not once did they try to push me into private treatment, unlike another dentist in the area

Overall really nice dental practice and helps as its very close to me prices are reasonable and Dr. Jolopara (I think) very nice and very caring and said if I had any problems just let her know while I was having work done which felt nice

What can I say?? I have been going to this practice for over 10 years and that should say enough.Anyway, a warm welcome by Julianna, as always, as soon as I entered the premises.Waiting time was minimal.Dr Shafali and her wonderful dental assistant, Ana are friendly and always make me feel relaxed before I even get into the chair!Historically (from another dentist, 20 to 30 years ago) I had extensive (and possibly unnecessary) amalgam fillings. Hence the reason why I occasionally require corrective dental work.Dr Shafali is very accurate with her assessment of the situation, explains everything in detail about the state of my gnashersand any recommended actions prior to starting work.All procedures are always conducted in a very professional, timely, cost-effective and caring way.In some cases I am amazed that they are able to deliver the "almost impossible".My advice - sit back, relax and let them do their work.I highly recommend the team at Eastbury Dental Practice.

After many many years of not visiting a dentist! Eastbury dentist was recommended to me ! At my first appointment I was made to feel at ease,& after 4 more appointments I came away more confident & with a smile! So I would deffinatley recommended my dentist ! I cannot speak highly enough of this practise. I suffer extreme anxiety about going to the dentist but Shefali Pandit has been absolutely amazing. Her calm, kind, and friendly manner along with her great sense of humour has made it all a little less scary. So glad I found this practise. Absolutely everyone that works there are really friendly and helpful.

It has been many years since I visited a dentist. After experiencing a few problems recently, I decided that it was time to bite the bullet and make an appointment. I have been very impressed with the staff and the premises at Eastbury Dental Practice. I returned today to have my first treatment and was delighted with how everything went. Dr Nehal Patel put me at my ease and the treatments went really well. Thank you!
