About Dr Rajani
Dr Rajani is the principal of the practice and has been working part-time at the practice since 1998. She qualified from Guys Dental Hospital in 1993 and is married with 3 children. She enjoys all aspects of dentistry, especially cosmetic dentistry. Dr Rajani is a Clinical Dental Advisor for NHS England (Midlands) and has recently become the chair of Hertfordshire Local Dental Committee. She is continuously renewing and updating her dental skills by attending courses and lectures as part of her continuing professional development. Her time is split between working and managing the dental practice and maintaining a stress-free family life!
Dr Pooja Kapoor

About Dr Kapoor
Dr Kapoor has been working at Eastbury Dental Practice since 2006. She qualified in India in 1997 and completed her IQE examination in the UK in 2005. Dr Kapoor works at the practice over four working days. She has several years of experience as a dental practitioner both from her time in Goa, India and in the UK. Dr Kapoor’s interests are in all aspects of dentistry but in particular she has a special interest in root canal treatments and invisalign braces. Dr Kapoor is a regular attendee at lectures and courses and is constantly updating her knowledge in the field of dental practice. She is a great asset to our team. Dr Kapoor sees NHS, Denplan and Private patients at the practice
Dr Shefali Pandit

About Dr Pandit
Dr Pandit qualified in 1995 from Bangalore and has been practicing dentistry in the UK since 2008. Dr Pandit enjoys all aspects of general dental care especially the care of the elderly. Her friendly and kind manner is welcomed with children who love coming to see her for their routine check-ups. Dr Pandit works part time at the practice for 3 days and welcomes new patients. Dr Pandit sees NHS and private patients at the practice.
Dr Roshni Jolapara

About Dr Jolapara
Dr Jolapara graduated from the University of Leeds in 2014 and has since completed a postgraduation diploma of Membership of the Joint Dental Faculties at the Royal College of Surgeons of England (MJDF RCS Eng). She has experience in working in general dental practice, including dental foundation training of newly qualified dentists, community dental services and various hospital settings including restorative dentistry.
Although she likes all aspects of dentistry, She has a keen interest in carrying out complex dental extractions and aswell as working at Eastbury road dental practice, currently works part time as a specialty doctor in oral surgery. She also particularly enjoys providing care to children and anxious patients and improving their experience at the dentist!
Dr Janaki Kava
About Dr Kava
Dr Kava qualified in 2020 and completed her vocational training in Ryde. Dr Kava’s interests are in all aspects of dentistry but in particular restorative dentistry and tooth whitening. She is experienced in a great range of complex treatments as well as surgical extractions. Dr Kava welcomes new patients with her calm and friendly approach.

Ana is the newest member of our nursing team. Ana is a trainee dental nurse and joined our team whilst also studying a health and social care course.
Ana is young, enthusiastic and is a keen baker and cook.
Julianna
Dental Nurse
About Julianna
Julianna qualified as a dental nurse in Hungary in 2013 and joined our team in 2015. Julianna is a very efficient and experienced dental nurse and plays an active role in the practice management side of things. Julianna is responsible for reception duties too. She is friendly, chatty and very professional in her mannerism. Julianna works full time at the practice.
Gabi

About Gabi
Gabi has recently joined our team as a dental nurse and has a very bubbly personality and friendly character. She has completed her Dental Nursing Diploma in the UK after completing her pharmacy dispensing diploma in Hungary. Gabi ‘s friendly personality enables her to relax anxious patients when she nurses.

Qualified in 2013 and works part time at the practice. Gerda is experienced and efficient and fits in very well with the team with her friendly approach to patients. Her chairside manner with assiting the dentists is professional and meticulous
